1. How come I need to provide my credit card details again?
For your safery, both Ozzieweb's and BKB Internet's billing systems encrypt credit card details.
This has made it impossible to transfer your details over.
You can provide us with your details by:
a. Completing our secure online credit card authorisation form
b. Calling us on 1300 252 638
c. Completing the paper form we sent out to you and faxing or posting it back to us.

2. You only accept Visa and Mastercard?
Yes, currently we only accept Visa and Mastercard.
We know that a number of former ozziewreb customers used to pay via American Express,
and we are trying to negotiate with American Express to enable us to accept them as a payment method without additional surcharges.
3. My invoice contains a setup fee. How come?
You do not have to pay another setup fee. Our system did not let us remove them from your invoice, so a credit has been applied to your account.
We apologies for the confusion.
4. Since the changeover ..... has happened... ?
The change from Ozzieweb to BKB Internet has not involved any changes to how your service is provided.
